Return and Exchange Policy
We hope that you are satisfied with all your purchases. If any item does not meet your needs or expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. For more information on our return policy, please see below.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should be based on the courier company you choose. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insurable shipping method for returns. We are not liable for returns that are lost or damaged during transit, and you must file a shipping claim.
If the received goods are damaged or defective due to our fault, the consumer is not obligated to bear the shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.
- Package Not Shipped If your package has not been shipped yet, we will process a refund after receiving your information.
- Package Shipped If your package has already been shipped and you wish to cancel your order, you must bear the shipping costs (based on the status in our system, not the status of your order).
The product must be in good condition and in the original packaging we sent you. You can print the order confirmation email and place it in the package.
We will process your refund after receiving the package.
Exchange of Ordered Goods
Packages can only be exchanged if they have not been shipped. Only exchanges of the same size and at the same price are accepted. For exchanges to another model, please contact customer service at service@fliwos.com . (Note: If the price of the replacement item is different, you will need to pay the difference). We also recommend returning the item and placing a new order. Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item is out of stock, we cannot process the exchange.
Returns
To receive a refund, you must return the item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in the same condition as when received, undamaged, unworn, and unwashed. Once washed or used, the item cannot be returned. All returned items must be folded and repackaged as they were when received. Unless there is a quality issue, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Procedure
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain the specific return procedure. Provide your order number and the reason for the return, and include a photo or video. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the purchase receipt. In some cases, the return is free. If the return reason is not due to an error by Fliwos , the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from receipt of the item to process your return or exchange. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
